Renee has been in non-profit leadership and service for 20 plus years. She enjoys being outside, reading, spending time with family and helping others. Renee also shares a love of martial arts and kickboxing and has been practicing martial arts for 20 years.
Heidi started as a volunteer for the shelter in 2003, which later lead to a full time position. Heidi enjoys running and getting away to the beach with her family. Her favorite snack is stale Cheetos.

Robert also has a professional photography business on the side. In his free time he enjoys camping, hiking, boating and being outdoors. He is a great handyman, he can fix just about anything that is broken.
Rose is a single parent of a daughter with type 1 diabetes. Her passion is found in fostering children of all ages. She owns two dogs and spends her free time reading books and running.
Shelter House Manager
Pam has been employed as the Shelter House Manager since 2001. She was born and raised in Portland Oregon and has lived here most of her life. She has a son, a daughter and nine grandchildren. Pam loves to help others and travel to other countries and do mission work.
Allie recently moved to Portland from Atlanta, Georgia where she worked with a number of nonprofits and served a diverse client base. She enjoys learning about new cultures, reading, cooking, traveling abroad and spending every spare moment outdoors.

Michelle is currently getting her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Portland State University. In her spare time, she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities with her dog, Moto. She also like baking and eating delicious foods.

Stephanie Takach was born and raised in the Portland-Metro area and studied Community Development at Portland State University. Stephanie is particularly interested in disability advocacy. In her free time she enjoys listening to music and spending time with her family.
Jim Bishop is the driver for the shelter. He drives three days a week to local stores to pick up items for the shelter. In his spare time Jim likes hunting, fishing and woodworking. He loves to give his time helping out when needed.
