Community Action stablished the shelter in 1974.
It was the first shelter for homeless families in the county.

Community Warehouse is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that collects and redistributes donate 
furniture and household goods to low-income people in Oregon and southwest Washington. Working in partnership
